We are looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you’re passionate about providing excellent patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! Our office is fee for service and privately owned too.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Verify insurance and handle billing and payments.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Dependable and team-oriented attitude.
