The Opportunity

CBH Homes is looking for a  Field Marketing Manager who runs the field like a well-oiled machine.  This is not a desk job — it’s a leadership role for someone who thrives on logistics, execution, and keeping operations sharp and on time. You’ll take ownership of everything that makes our communities shine in the field: signage, lockboxes, self-tour readiness, and overall neighborhood presentation.

If you’re someone who can walk a site, spot what’s off, and fix it fast (while leading others to do the same), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Community Operations & Quality Control

  • Drive all active and future communities weekly to ensure signage is accurate, sites are clean, and brand standards are consistent.
  • Oversee community mowing, weed control, and site appearance through direct coordination with vendors and partners.
  • Provide clear weekly reports on field conditions, updates, and field marketing-related needs.

Signage & Lockbox Management

  • Own the full signage process: ordering, inventory, placement, upkeep, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure all lockboxes and branded field flags are functional, visible, and on-brand.
  • Oversee sign location activity and track signage placement for accuracy and safety.

Team Leadership & Scheduling

  • Lead and manage a Field Detail team member — set schedules, priorities, and accountability.
  • Partner with the Field Marketing Coordinator on project and task management, reporting, calendar management, and project execution.
  • Daily field marketing activity, like community drives and signage placement.

Self Tour Program Execution

  • Be the operational owner of the self-tour program in the field: install hubs, set signage, and confirm every listing is ready for a seamless tour.
  • Manage inventory, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability across all active homes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Field Marketing Coordinator to keep the program aligned and running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in  field marketing, construction operations, or site management .
  • A track record of  owning logistics across multiple job sites.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, and handling physical tasks when needed.
  • Experience managing vendors, field schedules, and multiple moving parts at once.
  • Strong leadership skills with hands-on team oversight experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and daily willingness to travel to sites.
