Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented  Graphic Designer  to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity and has a solid understanding of social media design trends. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that enhances our online presence and supports digital marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Duties

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional content aligned with our brand identity
• Create eye-catching static and motion graphics to increase engagement and reach
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaign visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and adapt them to our brand’s tone
• Optimize designs for different platforms and formats (e.g. mobile, desktop, stories, ads)
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets for scheduled content and campaigns
• Occasionally assist with other graphic design tasks, such as website banners and print materials

Requirements

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar tools)
• Experience using Canva or similar platforms for quick content generation
• Strong understanding of layout design and color theory for visual consistency
• Experience in creating motion graphics or animated posts (basic level acceptable)
• Ability to take feedback and revise designs based on brand or campaign needs
• Familiarity with best practices for designing content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of typography, composition, and image editing
• A strong design portfolio focused on social media work is essential

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with short-form video editing for reels or social content
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience targeting
• Illustration skills or hand-drawn content creation
