Job Description Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Presentation & Creative Designer for a prominent client in the technology sector. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in visual storytelling and has a proven track record of managing design projects from conception to execution. The position is available in the San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC area, offering a flexible work arrangement to accommodate both in-office and remote work responsibilities. As a pivotal member of our creative team, you will lead various design projects, focusing on creating compelling presentations and branded content that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities - Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive-level meetings, corporate events, and internal communications.
- Create and enhance presentation templates, align content with corporate branding, and apply advanced animation techniques to improve storytelling and engagement.
- Produce a variety of digital and print assets, including infographics, social media visuals, internal campaign materials, and other branded collateral.
- Lead the creative process from initial briefing through to final delivery, including requirement gathering, design iteration, and stakeholder feedback integration.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual designs and ensure adherence to best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative direction and support to junior designers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years of experience in visual presentation design and brand design.
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation design, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- Experience in managing end-to-end design projects, including quality assurance and deadline management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of digital and print production processes and best practices.
- Basic video editing and motion design skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma and After Effects is advantageous but not required.
Pay Range: $70.00 – $75.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
