Whether you want to work for a season or make the Grand Canyon your home, we have opportunities for anyone wanting to live and work in a National Park! + Variety of low cost housing available for $50 - $75/ week including wi-fi, satellite TV, and all utilities + Free laundry facilities + Healthy work-life balance + Community recreation center with gym and monthly outings + Tons of activities with the South Rim of the Canyon only minutes away including camping, hiking, river rafting, star-gazing, and museums **What will you do?** + Collaborate with unit retail leadership to bring visual merchandising presentation and guest experience to life on the floor, executing powerful and visually appealing product presentations + Execute visual merchandising flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes, as well as company-driven product initiatives and campaigns + Partner with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to provide feedback on store merchandising, in-store displays, and product and inventory best practices + Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training on visual merchandising standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members' ongoing learning and development + Maintain a respectful and inclusive team environment, keep the visual room organized and safe, and ensure all visual materials in the store are current, sharing information on seasonal changes with the team + Requires valid drivers license to operate company vehicles and commute between properties. **More about you** + Minimum of 2 years of merchandising and display experience in a retail environment + Talent for operational excellence through replenishment standards + Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills + A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail + Minimum of 1 year of transferable experience welcome + Requires drivers license and ability to safely operate company vehicle in inclement weather. **Physical requirements** + Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds. + Use of ladders to store and retrieve merchandise and signage on high shelving. + Frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching; some work performed while sitting on floors. **Shift details** Holidays Overnight Evening shift Day shift Weekends Monday to Friday Split shift Overtime as needed **Who we are** Delaware North's operations in Grand Canyon National Park offer the opportunity to experience living and working in one of the natural wonders of the world.
